looking for. Comfort and ease during someone's time here is
a priority for us - which is why our salon has been designed
with individual rooms, providing for quiet and privacy during
your consultation and services with your stylist.

Stylists
Kari DeRose
Graduated from the Don Roberts Beauty School in 1986 and joined Debby and
Company in 1998. Kari specializes in color, highlights, hair cuts and styles,
facial waxing, perms, and up-dos.
Kim Rhodes
After attending the Arlington Academy and graduating in 1990, Kim worked
under a master designer staff for one year. She then became a full-fledged
stylist in 1991. Kim joined Debby and Company in 2000 and specializes in hair
cuts and styling, perms, color, highlights, manicures, body waxing, and
make-up application and lessons.
Becky Gorman
Graduated from Mario Tricoci Beauty School in November 2009. Becky worked
at Mario Tricoci for over a year and had extensive hours in cutting and styling
hair. She enjoys doing hair cuts, up-dos, color, nails and waxing.
Kathy Gold
In 1988 graduated from the Lake County Vocational Center and joined Debby and
Company in 2007. Kathy enjoys hair cuts and styling, color, perms, thermal
straightening, and waxing. She is also a huge Chicago Wolves fan!

Amanda Cruz
Graduated from Lake County Technology Campus in 2005. Amanda joined Debby
and Company in 2009. While in school, Amanda competed in a state wide skills
contest including updos and cuts-winning first in state she went on to compete
nationally. Amanda specializes in cuts and styles, color, highlighting, perms and
updos-including bridal styles.
